Awhi Community Development Plan (ACDP)

Project AWHI never funds or resources projects unless long term strategic planning is in-place. This plan is called an AWHI Community Development Plan (ACDP). The  Plan is formulated and constructed by using a comprehensive development tool called the AWHI process. This process is facilitated with key stake holders, schools, or community groups .

Project AWHI funds the development process, and when determined by a community will fund frontline projects & facilities that facilitate this process. For example the NZ South Auckland ADP identified that child illiteracy was extremely high within this region. Project AWHI funds an After  School Learning Centre in Otara and provides a teacher to assist children improve their literacy.
