Project AWHI  Funds & Management

How is Project Awhi Funded?

Project AWHI is funded through four key programmes.

1. The majority of donations are received through the AWHI sponsor programme, where private individuals concerned with constructively assisting communities and children in need and want to see long term change contribute through a regular donation to AWHI projects and ongoing development.

2.Each year Project runs two special appeals the Helping Hand Appeal and the Charity Auction, which targets a large audience.

3.Corporate Sponsors provide direct investment into the infrastructure of Project AWHI, through marketing partnerships, which allows us to promote the work of Project AWHI ensuring donations from AWHI Sponsors go towards projects and assisting families and children. Many businesses and organizations also assist through contributions of goods and pro-bono services.

4.Grant writing and development is also a key area of contribution to Project AWHI. Many agencies and Trusts contribute currently to Project AWHI initiatives, including private charities, Government Agencies, and Corporate Philanthropic Trusts.
